Can I book tickets for bullet trains (Beijing --> Xi'an) from Capital Airport T2?

Where is the booking office located, 1F or 2F?
Also, can we purchase China SIMs for local usage in China?

The ticket office counter is located at the opposite of Gate No.9, Departure Hall, 1F of Terminal 2. You can easily find the place according to the detailed English signs at the airport. Don't worry. In addition, I heard that there is a counter that sells SIM Card. About the exact location, you can consult the airport staff when you landing at the airport. :)
