China Visa for Australian resident currently in Philippines

I am currently in the Philippines competing in a golf tournament. I have just found out that there is a Q School in China next week I would like to compete in. I will not be going back to Australia in between. How can I get a visa to be able to complete in Q School while I am in the Philippines?

Golfer, maybe it is rather difficult for you to get it from there because temporary visitors in Philippines are usually advised to make the application from their home country.
You should prepare the relevant documents including your passport and its copy, the application form, a passport-style photo, admission letter and JW form from the school as well as the physical examination record.
Next, submit the application to Australia CVASC to apply for student X type.
