About business visa for foreigner

Hello sir/mam,
Is it possible to have the business visa in china embassy in philippines when your a foreigner and only with tourist there? But your friend in china will invite and send you all the invitation letter for you there?

Dianne, I’m afraid it is rather difficult for you to get it from there because temporary visitors in Philippines are usually advised to make the application in their home country.
