About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit FAQ

My international flight fly into Beijing then to Shanghai where i intend to stay for 72 hours.

Then onward to Brussel via Beijing again, do i qualify for the 72 hours visa?

No, you cannot use it. You should apply for a visa beforehand.
