i am planning a visit of shangri la mid july.

Question

I was wondering which kind of weather I should expect and if the rainy season could make difficult to reach my destination. Between Yunnan and Sichuan there is a region in that time with better weather ?Thank you in advanceAnna

The temperature may range from 10 C to 20 C in the mid July. There will have several rainy days during that period of time. However, it won't influence the sightseeing a lot. Don't worry. You are advised to prepare jackets, long-sleeved shirts, jeans, pants and sneakers. Remember to bring the rain gear. :)
