About:Shangri-La Weather

Planning to visit Shangri-la around 15th January 2013, is it advisable to visit?

It is cold during Jan with a temperature of 1~8C. I am afraid it is hard for you to bear the coldness since you are from Malaysia. In fact, the best time to visit is March to August.
