Two persons together on the same side of the compartment with four soft sleepers

If I book two tickets, me and my wife, can we get the two soft sleepers in the same side of the cabin, the up side and the down side of the bunk bed?

Normally, it can be met. The operator could try some times to get two berths in the same side for you. But if there are not sufficient tickets left on your required train, it may not be arranged.
