About:China Visa Exemption

144 hour or 72 hour visa

Hi there if we arrive in Guangzhoa stay 2 days then leave and go to Hong Kong staying there several days and return to
Guangzhoa then travel to Shanghai staying a week before returning to Guangzhoa to depart can the 72 hour and 144 hour visa be used to cover this trip?

If you fly to Guangzhou from Australia, and then fly to HK, you will qualify for the 72 hour free transit.
However, you need to apply for a visa in advance for your second entry to China.
