t3 - t2 transfer at capital airport

I arrive at PEK in Terminal 3 at 12:20 pm on Air Canada and leave for DPS at 4:30 pm in Terminal 2 on China Eastern. The total connection time is 2 hours and 2 minutes. Is this enough time to get from Terminal 3 to 2?What is the exact procedure on this international transfer and change of terminals?
