We want and will go to DALI in July this year

but because the elevation/altitude in Dali and my wife suffering with Asthma I would to send her to another city at Sea level close to Dali, please recommend me 1-2, we will come From Shanghai, Thank you

Well, according to this situation, you are suggested to send your wife to Kunming City or Hekou County in Yunnan Province.
