How can I apply for another teaching position in China if my degree is not notarized???

I am employed in China for the past 2 years. Agents inform me as of 1st April 2017 I need a notarized degree. I have a document from the Chinese embassy in South Africa 2015 when entering China, stating that I qualify for a Z visa because they recognized all documents required then to enter China, will this document be acceptable for new applications?

You can get the document "legalised" by the Chinese Embassy in South Africa but it first has to been authenticated by DIRCO in Pretoria. DIRCO do not charge and do it the sames day, the Chinese then charge R250 per document and take 4 working day.
