About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit FAQ

Traveling through China

Hello I have a flight back to Canada through China My first stop is Guangzhou where I recheck my bags then fly to Beijing, I have 15 hours of layovers. Am I allowed to use the visa free transit?

If your total layover in China is within 24 hours, you can enjoy the 24 hour direct transit. No need to apply for a visa then.
