About:240-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Hi! I am native Chinese, but i have been living in Europe for more than 15 years.

I am gonna to visit China this year, and i want to know if I have to have some visa to visit shanghai. I heard from some people that Its required on the bridge some document to enter the city. Is it true?

Not sure what you mean by native Chinese. If you have a Chinese passport issued by mainland China, then you can enter China without any type of visa. If you have a European passport then you'll need a visa. Hong Kong and Macau passport holders need to obtain a Chinese travel document.
