when to buy busrail ticket

Question

I want to take a train or a bus to mount huashan from xian railway station. Do i need to buy the ticket in advance/online? Or can i just get it there on the day itself?

If you are not travel during holiday time and weekend time, you can choose to buy the ticket on the day of travel. If not or you are tight in time, it would be better to book it in advance.
