and afterwards need to visit her family in CHINA so I would need a visa to do so on continues basis, I have an English passport and am a resident of SPAIN, could it be possible to obtain a 12 month visa by postal means by applying to the Madrid embassy (I live permanently in SPAIN) in SPAIN?,.
