About:Beijing Transportation Smart Card

Hi, please let me know, if I can return the transportation card at Beijing West Railway Station?

If not, which is the nearest place?

Yes, you can refund the card at the southwest hall of the Metro West Railway Station. The operating time is same to the work time of the metro.
