Shanghia visit

Hi, I have a Family reuion on board the Royal Caribbean Mariner of the Seas, we arrive 2 days early to visit Shanghai then cruise and back to Shangai and return to US. Do we need visa?

Roy, if your travel route is USA-Shanghai-a third country or region-Shanghai-US, you may be able to use the free transit in Shanghai and no visa will be required then, but you are advised to double check that with the cruise ship company.
