Madrid-London-Hong Kong-Shanghai- Madrid

Good morning,

I am flying to Shaghai from Madrid. My outbound flight stops at London then Hong Kong and finally Shangai. My return flight is direct to Madrid and I won´t stay in Shanghai longer than 144h. Can I get the 144 hour visa?
Thank you!
