About:China Work Visa

I now at china already and only have 30day visa

how can I have Z type and no need back to my country?i will work in here

Jack, after you found a job, your employer will get you the relevant documents for work Z type. And then you can try to convert your current visa to a work Z type at the exit and entry administration of the local public security bureau within China. If it can be done, you don’t need to go abck to your home country.
