Hello I arrive at Beijing Capital Airport at 22:15 I should clear customs by 23:00?

What transport can I get to Hotel in Wangfujing Main Street, Dongcheng District and likely cost? Thank you.

You can take the airport shuttle bus line 3 to International Hotel first, which costs CNY30/person. This bus works till 24:00. Upon arrival, you may take a taxi to your hotel at the cost of around CNY13.
