About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

DK citizen from DK - South Korea - Hong Kong - Shanghai - DK

I want to visit Shanghai for 2/3 days on my way back from Hong Kong.
If I fly from Denmark to South Korea, South Korea to Hong Kong and then fly Hong Kong to Shanghai and then Shanghai back to Denmark, would the 72 hour transit visa still cover me?
