I am a Pakistani citizen I several visit to China now I am in Malaysia on work permit

i want to travel China on f type duration of stay 90 days i already get 90 days f type before,is that possible for me to get 90 days f type from Malaysia?or what if i get f type duration of 30 days so can I extend my visa in China f type 90 days duration of stay.
