HK PAR GOT CANCELLED. Can I still go to macao

Hi !
M planning to go to macau for 3 days. I would not be goin to hongkong.
I applied for pre arrival registration for Hong kong, but got it rejected.
My question is can I still go to Macau from India N come back to India from Macau without entering hongkong..
Pls assist me how to go further.
