I want to redeem ordered on the internet

I booked tickets on the internet in South Africa. Which office must i attend to redeem these various ones for China rail

Oh, where you booked them? If you booked with an agency, please contact them for help. If you have alreay got your real paper ones, you could only try to cancel them at any railway stations in China mainland.
