About:Tax Refund

I bought merchandise in Shanghai and didn’t have a chance to redeem.

Where can I get the tax refund?
Because I didn’t have enough time when I left Beijing to Hong Kong. Please advise. Thank you very much!

Well, as I know, you may not get the refund since you have already left China.
