Living in Japan with a spouse visa, how can apply for a Hong Kong Visa?

I am Pakistani passport holder currently living in Fukuoka with my Japanese wife. We are planing to travel HongKong for holidays. It will be pleasure if we could know how and where shall I can apply for HongKong tourist visa? I have visited HongKong two times before in 2000, and at that time we didn't need a visa. Is there an embassy or a consulate of HongKong in Fukuoka? Thank you

First, you need to provide copy of passport, the application form affixed with a passport-style photo, and financial support proof, travel plan, flight tickets and hotel booking record.
Next, submit the application to Chinese consulate in Fukuoka.
