About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

I am Italian and traveling to Shanghai via Dubai.

I will be traveling to Shanghai via Dubai from Milano and after two days will be returning to Dubai and then a few days later to Milano. I am eligible for the 72 hour free transit?
