what is the best way to get to tianjin from beijing capital airport ?

We will be arriving at PEK Terminal 3 on 26th April at 12.20 hrs.  We are going direct to Tianjin.  Is it easy to pick up a coach at Terminal 3 ?  Or is it better to take the airport shuttle to the city, then taxi to South Railway Station to take the bullet train.  Please advise.

Yes, there are many direct coaches to Tianjin Tianhuan Bus Station every day. You can purchase the bus tickets when you landing at PEK. The bus schedules are from 06:30 to 23:00 at intervals of around half an hour. It takes around 2.5 hours on the way. It costs CNY 82 per person.
