If you go to China for tourism purpose, first, prepare the relevant documents including your passport and copy of its data page, a fully filled-out application form affixed with a passport-style photo, your residence permit in Japan, and round trip air tickets and hotel reservation. Next, submit the application to the CVASC where you lawfully reside.
