About:Facilities & Services in T3 of Beijing Capital Airport

My elderly parents are arriving in Capital Airport on Sat.15 Apr. at 5:05am from South Africa.

1. They arrive on Air China.. what will be the path they follow please, from exiting plane to baggage claim? (Gate numbers etc)
2. How can they find an airport electric cart to transport them from the arrivals gate to exit / baggage claim?
3. Are there seats or restaurant near the exit of baggage claim area for them to sit and wait for someone to meet them? Also maybe banks to draw money?
Thanks for your kind assistance!

1. The flights of Air China arrive at T3. You will find your parents at the International Arrival Hall. For the exact information about the gate numbers of baggage collection, they can see the detailed English signs at the airport. Generally speaking, they will find the correct direction easily.

2. As I know, you cannot meet them in the transit area. You can eat some foods and take rest at the arrival hall. There are several banks in T3. Hereunder is the detailed information:
Bank of China: in Departure Hall, F4, T3-C (east)
Construction Bank: in Departure Hall, F4, T3-C (west)
Agricultural Bank of China: in the public area of International Arrival Hall, F2, T3-C (west of Exit B)
Bank of Beijing: in the public area of Domestic Arrival Hall, F2, T3-C (east of Exit A)
Industrial & Commercial Bank: in the public area of Domestic Arrival Hall, F2, T3-C (west of Exit C)
