About:Haikou Meilan Airport

Arriving Beijing Capital Airport from Washington Dulles via United with 2-1/2 hr.

Layover proceeding to Busan via Asiana
Is this enough time for transfer? Where do I go upon arrival to avoid delays? Will I need to switch Terminals?

It is an international to international transfer both in T3 of PEK. According to this situation, you have enough time to make this connection.
