Arriving Beijing Capital Airport from Washington Dulles via United with 2-1/2 hr.

Layover proceeding to Busan via Asiana
Is this enough time for transfer? Where do I go upon arrival to avoid delays? Will I need to switch Terminals?

It is an international to international transfer both in T3 of PEK. According to this situation, you have enough time to make this connection. There are detailed English signs at the airport that can help you find the correct direction. BTW, the transfer procedures are Flight Arrival - Transfer Procedures - Stamped on the Boarding Pass - Security Check - Custom Inspection - Waiting & Boarding.
