How to file chinese visa with invitation to join a competition

My child is invited to join a math.olympiad in Xiamen, China on May 21-22, 2017. We are from Cagayan de Ori City, Philippines. Here are the questions;
1. How much time to.process the application
2. How much cost?
3. What are the requirements?
4. Where is the.nearest office to file?

Usually it takes four working days for the processing.
It will cost PHP1,400 per person.
You are advised to apply for a tourist L type for that, and the relevant documents are: passport and copy of its data page, a completed application form, and a passport-style photo, round trip air tickets, and hotel booking record, as well as other documents required by the consular officers.
You need to submit the application to the consulate in Laoag.
