About:Hong Kong Visa Policy

i applied domestic helper last 2007 until Nov 2008 my employer file me theft and imprison

i applied domestic helper last 2007 until Nov 2008 my employer file me theft and imprisoned for 1 month and half but while in jailed authority file me again a case for holding two identification cards, in all i imprisoned for 3 months. now, i have my stable job here in Philippines. Can i apply a tourist visa now?

i mean, can i still enter Hongkong and apply for a tourist visa with my family?

Filipinos do not need a visa. Given your previous criminal conviction, however, whether you can enter HK depends on the decision of the immigration officer. You should bring enough documents to demonstrate that you have established yourself in the Philippines.
