Do i need to pick up my luggage?
We're going back to the US doing:
Vietnam -- Guangzhou -- New York City
Layover between 2:30pm and 1:40am the next day, so we would like to visit the city for a few hours. Do we need to pick up the luggage in Guangzhou though?
