About:China Business Visa

Irish Citizen Entering Chinafrom US on F Visa issued by Chineese Embassy in Ireland

Can someone with and Irish Passport with a Valid F Visa issued by Chineese Embassy in Ireland enter China from the US and then return to the US?
Is there any difficulty here?
