Is there any tour agency in Harbin or Beijing that conducts tours to Mohe and when is the best time to travel to Mohe to see Aurora?

There are many agencies in Harbin operating itineraries to Mohe, but I'm not clear if they have English guides. The best time to see Aurora in Mohe is March to April and September to November.

Can you give me the contact of some of the more reasonable and reliable tour agencies in Harbinin case I plan to visit Mohe from Harbin. Preferably an agency that conducts tour to Mohe from Harbin 5-6 days. Must see reindeer park

Sorry I only know such agencies receiving Chinese tourists. I don't know any operating English tours. Sorry for that:(
