About:China Visa on Arrival

Hi, I am Indian, currently in Poland.

Can I get VOA in Shanghai travelling from Polland with Indian Passport

Jahar, no, you cannot get VOA in Shanghai. If your final destination is Shanghai, you need to apply for a tourist L type in advance; but if you transit in Shanghai for not exceeding 24 hours only, and then fly to a third country or region rather than Poland, you will qualify for the 24 hour direct transit. No need to apply for tourist L type then.
