About:China Visa Application in UK

I am Spanish citizen living in the UK, can I tramit the chinese visa in the UK?

If so, where and how?

Paco, you can apply for it from the CVASC in UK.
If you want to apply for a Chinese tourist L type, you should first prepare your passport and its copy, your residence permit in UK, the fully completed application form, a recently-taken passport-style photo, round trip air tickets and hotel reservation. And then submit the application to the CVASC.
