About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Hong Kong-Shanghai-Taiwan

Hi,
1. I am flying from Taiwan to Hong Kong and then staying there for 1 day for business.
2. I need to fly from Hong-Kong to Shanghai and then back to Taiwan. Could I use transit visa for this purpose?

Yes, you can use it if you stay for no more than 144 hours in Shanghai.
