What means by afflicted saturn in 8th house and one of my parents unusual in this way.its not clear to me.but thanks too much peter for analysis in detail

Sam,
It could be that one of your parents has for example, special talent, or is not like everyone else around.
Unusual could also mean strange, or it could mean exceptional.
