philipino passpart holder need to get visa for 1day tour to Shenzhen

Already in hongkong just a side trip to shenzhen need entry permit? If yes where to get?

Yes, you need it. You may apply for it from the Commissioner Office of PRC Foreign Affairs Mistry. If you fail it, you can try to apply for a VOA at Luohu Port. If you fail again, you have to go back to your country to apply.
