How to extend a visa

I get 3 month visa and 1 entry it mean I only have to to stay only 1month or I can stay 3months

It depends on your stay duration. If the stay duration is 1 month, you can stay for 1 month. If the stay duration is 3 months, you can stay for 3 months.
