You can take metro line 3 at Airport South Station to Jiahewanggang Station. Then transfer metro line 2 to Sanyuanli Station, Exit C2, which is about 1 mile (1.7 kilometers) from your hotel. Upon arrival, you can take a taxi to your hotel at the cost of CNY10 in the day time.
