Traveling to HKG with minor children without their parents

I am bringing my two nieces , both minors, to Hongkong Disneyland for 3 days, without their parents.I know I have to show DSWD clearance going out of Manila. My concern is upon. arrival in hongkong. Willl the immigration ask for any documents other than valid passports, return tickets & sufficient funds?

You should also take the photocopies of their parents’ passports and parental consent letter, just in case.
