Travelling to Hong Kong as a tourist and wants to return back from macau

I have successfully registered for pre arrival for Hong Kong. Will be travelling from India on 21/04/2017 and will stay for 5 days. From there I am planning to visit Macau and return directly from Macau to India after staying there for three days. Can I fly back from Macau.
