About:China Business Visa

is my working holiday visa for NZ enough proof of stay if I am applying with a Canadian passport?

Also can I mail my F type application to Wellington office since I am currently in Queenstown

I think the working holiday visa for NZ can prove your legal stay in NZ.
You need to apply from Christchurch office if you live in Queenstown.
