About:China Visa Entries / Validity / Duration of Stay

L Type M entries 10 year Visa

I was given a ten year one that show Catagory L followed by Entries M. Does that mean I can make multiple entries into mainland China without applying for another Visa? I am going to Shanghai on May 1 and Beijing in mid Sept.
