Arriving Xian After Midnight - Transportation to the city center

I am visiting the city in Mid-May 2017. I would be pleased to receive the following information:
1. What is the operation hour of Xianyang International Airport?
2. I will be arriving just after Mid-night. What are the public transports other than taxi that I can take to the downtown area?
3. In the event that there is no transport, is there any accommodation available in or round the airport?

1. As I remember, the airport opens for 24 hours. Don't worry. Generally, even if the airport will be closed, it could be 0.5 to 1 hour after the last flight.
2. There are two airport shuttle bus lines operate till late 02:00.
Xishaomen Line:
It heads for the Airport Business Hotel at the cost of CNY25/person. It runs every 20 minutes.
Main Railway Station Line:
This shuttle bus heads for Longhai Hotel at the cost of CNY25/person and also runs every 20 minutes.
3. If these shuttle buses are not available to you, you may consider the hourly hotel on the underground of T2.
