i have been here in china from jan 1 with multiple entry VISA (1 year 30 days stay),

i almost completed 90 days of stay( going to india after 28 days and coming back like that i did travels upto now).but i heard that if we completed 90 days stay we should apply for work permit VISA (though we had multiple entry for 1 year) is that true ?
