About:Harbin Ice Festival

I have a plan to go Harbin this Mar 27-30. Do I can see any Ice and Snow World?

Any suggestion if in case no festival at all?

I'm afraid that the festival will come to an end at that time. You may visit the Saint Sophia Cathedral, Central Street, Polarland and Siberian Tiger Park to learn more about this charming city in detail.
